Lucile - as product manager - has 2 missions at AXA Climate :
#1 developing and managing projects in AXA Climate Agri Transition consulting activity (climate risk screening on agricultural value chains), #2 creating the future climate change adaptation product - towards sustainable agriculture, with an expertise on agricultural cultures and systems
Before joining AXA Climate, Lucile was leading the R&D department at Ubees, an Californian start-up focused on beekeeping and save the bees in the US.
Prior to that, she co-founded a compagny, based on conception and selling of custom monitoring system for farming systems (greenhouse, legumes production)
Lucile has both background in agronomy and entrepreneurship.
