Description
Nicole Rolet is at the head of Chene Bleu, a boutique winery producing award-winning wine made to the highest standards of quality, natural purity and sustainability in Provence. After moving to France with her husband, they decided to produce wine in biodynamics and are constantly moving towards less interventionist practices. They avoid the use of synthetic chemicals and fertilizers, favoring natural ones such as their own compost. She also organized many symposiums about wine and is recognized as a leader and a popularizer in her field.
