Description
Véronique Bonnet is a graduate of the Ecole d'Ingénieur en Agronomie de Montpellier and holds a national diploma in oenology. She started her career as a consulting oenologist and has worked on various missions in the South of France and South America. Véronique joined the Champagne region in 2004, where she was in charge of technical viticultural development, first for Veuve Clicquot and then for the Moët et Chandon/Ruinart vineyards, where she accompanied the evolution of viticultural practices towards a more environmentally friendly viticulture, and deployed viticultural R&D projects.
At the end of 2021, Véronique was promoted to head of biodiversity and landscape strategy at Moët et Chandon where she coordinated a vast agroecology program.
