Solution
Telaqua is a connected solution for remote control of irrigation. The company offers a complete tool for the optimization of water resources, from the analysis of agricultural data via, in particular, the presence of sensors in the soil ; measurement of parameters related to irrigation ; automation of irrigation and monitoring water consumption. The monitoring of the automated system makes it possible to ensure in real time the operation and performance of the equipment.
Key advantages
Irrigation requires time and significant travel from farmers, while operations can be automated. Thanks to Telaqua's solution, they can monitor their irrigation systems in real time and control valves and pumps from their mobile. Sensors make it possible to monitor what is happening between the network and the plant: Through monitoring water losses and identifying possible problems on the network, it is possible to ensure that the optimal water status is respected. The detection of irregularities or breakdowns therefore allows better management of water resources and optimization of harvests.
Facts & Figures
French company founded by Nicolas Carvallo, Sébastien Demech and Nicolas Cavalier in 2018. Telaqua has 20 employees. The startup has 30 users, in arboriculture, forestry and viticulture. The solution is deployed over 3,000 hectares with independent farmer and cooperative customers in France, Europe, South America and South Africa. Telaqua has been identified by InVivo Quest, and develops tests via the Fermes Leaders network.
